Do you ship to my country?

If you're ordering from outside the US, we'll have to place your order through Etsy. Email us at cs@casstastropheshop.com with the piece or pieces you would like, your size, and your fabric choice, and we will send you a purchase link. 

Don't see the print or color you want? Let us know! We're happy to source new fabrics to create you perfect custom order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the US is free! International shipping is calculated at checkout in Etsy.

When will my order ship?

If your order only includes ready to ship items, it will ship within 5 business days. If your order includes any made to order items, it will ship within 3 weeks. Your order will ship when all items are ready.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we do accept returns for unused items. Custom items are not eligible for return. Read the full return policy here.

Do you make custom pieces?

I like this dress/skirt/top/etc, but I want it in a different color or print. How can I order it?
